Marisa received her 200-hour Vinyasa Certification at Sonic Yoga. She then went on to complete the 300-hour Jivamukti Teacher Training. Marisa had the privilege to apprentice under the amazing Cassandra Rigney while completing her 800-hour Jivamukti Certification. Each of her classes is a challenging and uplifting experience filled with joy and love. Her teaching focuses on allowing every movement and breath to create total harmony within oneself.
